Welcome to The Rose Gold Trust
At The Rose Gold Trust, we are dedicated to enhancing the hauora (health and well-being) of wāhine and whānau in Hawke’s Bay. Through community engagement, education, and research, we are creating sustainable pathways to support women’s health with clinical excellence and a deep respect for tikanga values like care, respect, and relationship building.
Our Purpose
We exist to empower wāhine, ensuring they are confident, health-literate, and supported through life’s pivotal stages, such as perimenopause and menopause. By addressing gaps in healthcare access, providing culturally safe education, and conducting local research, we are shaping a future where every woman can thrive.

Not bound by gender
We honour the diverse experiences of everyone across the gender spectrum. While much of our kaupapa focuses on traditionally "female" health and wellbeing needs — such as hormones, reproductive health, or menopause — we acknowledge that these needs are not exclusive to those who identify as women.
Our space is for wāhine, trans men, non-binary, intersex, takatāpui, and gender-diverse folk — and for those born male who may share some of these needs or simply seek community and support.
Join us in fostering resilience, empowerment, and community-driven solutions for the wāhine of Hawke’s Bay.
Together, we can create a future where women’s health is a priority.
